For this assignment, I took to my own alma mater ! I looked at my choir's website, since I was heavily involved in choir. On this website, you're able to see the Chorus Handbook and the schedule for rehearsals, concerts, and assessments. The Seminole County School Board has their own website with a login and I would imagine that having a parental/student/teacher login for that would amass a lot more information regarding contact information or scheduling for the different choirs across the county, rather than just Winter Springs High. Aside from chorus, there's also the athletics webpages of the site. There, you are able to find the students on each team as well as their schedule. As a future educator, I think that using social media, email, and projectors will end up being a big part of my teaching methods.
