Hiya! For the Florida Computer Science Standards, I selected grades 9-12 and Body of Knowledge: Computer Science - Personal, Community, Global, and Ethical Impact, Standard 3: Evaluation of digital information resources. At this point in my education, I do feel that I'm prepared to implement this in a classroom setting. I think I'm ready to do this because it's getting easier and easier in this day and age to recognize scholarly and relevant articles, books, or websites than ones that are 'fake news', for lack of better term. I think that recognizing valid sources online is getting easier because now there are websites like Google Scholar, or online libraries, that are open to the public. We're past the point of relying on Wikipedia or other multi-source websites for our information. In regards to CPALMS, I chose 9th-12th grade social studies, standard 22.912.A.1.6 (use case studies to explore social, political, legal, and economic relationships in history). The...
